We rebuild your site with your content and logo, and show it to you. We switch only when you approve, typically within a couple of weeks. Your site page shows each step: your onboarding call, your content, a preview, then live.

What a small business website usually costs
Most small businesses pay for their website in pieces: a platform or hosting plan, someone to make changes, and now and then a rebuild. These ranges come from UK price lists and published price guides. If you’re happy to do the work yourself, a website builder on its own costs less than One Site. Common questions
What happens to my current website?
We rebuild it on our platform using your content, show it to you, and switch only when you approve. After that you can cancel your old host or website builder. Your domain stays registered to you.
Do I have to do anything each fortnight?
Only if you want to. Technical fixes happen without you, and we tell you what we did. Anything your visitors can see waits for you: open the email, then approve in one tap or ask for a change. New pages and posts come with a preview; a blog post you haven’t looked at goes live on its own after 10 days.
How quickly are changes made?
Approved changes are usually made within 2 working days. For a new page or post we’ve prepared, you click publish and we apply the change in minutes. We send you the proof.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Every change is recorded, and anything can be undone. Just ask.
Who owns the website?
You do. You own the code, and you can have your files whenever you ask.
Can I add my own news or articles?
Yes. Paste your own words on your site page, choose blog post, page or news item, check the preview, and publish. No developer needed.
Will AI assistants recommend my business?
Nobody can honestly promise that. Every fortnight we check what Google and AI assistants say about you, show you which firms they name instead, and fix what’s in the way on your website. We also tell you the few things only you can do outside it.
Can you run my online shop?
No. One Site is for service businesses, local firms and professional practices. It doesn’t include checkout, product catalogues or booking systems.
What if a payment fails?
While Stripe retries a failed card, your site stays up and we let you know. If the payment finally fails, your plan ends that day and we keep your files for 30 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account, in two clicks. It takes effect at the end of your billing period, when your site closes. Your domain stays yours, and you can ask for your files for 30 days after.
